Kick plate was easy; screw holes in the wrong place, but used double-sided tape instead and worked great. Didn't need the extra screws ordered; it came with them. Ordered dishwasher rack tine tips and bottle of vinyl touch up paint. I applied the paint to each tine and then placed the tips on the tines. I waited a few hours before using my dishwasher to allow the paint to dry and allow the tips to stick to the tines. Read more

It requires pulling out the dishwasher, disconnecting electric, hotwater, and drain lines, and then removing a bunch of clips and connectors. Dishwasher leaking from bottom or making grinding noise? The sump housing often cracks or wears out. Moderately difficult repair, about 45 minutes.
I noticed the floor around the dishwasher was starting to get wet and warp the wooden floor. The chopper had gotten out of line and had cut a pinhole into the sump housing and the dishwasher was leaking badly. It was quite easy to repair.
