I bought a high end dryer made by Samsung. Unfortunately the drum cracked, after some research it seems that it is a design flaw and Samsung doesn't stand behind their product. After searching for the part it seems every retailer wants to rape people over shipping, making a 200 dollar part cost 300 or more once you get it to your house. Staff very helpful ,,,,,,, while I did find a broken heater. Cleaning the dryer with compressed air fixed the issue. Moisture Sensor Dryer Thermistor do not like a covering of Dust no electrical likes a layer of dust when its trying to sense. This condition was hard to find anything on internet which is why I'm commenting. Slow count down was due to Dual Dryer Elements and one was broken. I removed the interior plate, put the original rubber ring around the new glass door, placed it in the original position, and returned the interior metal plate/door. Read more
