One of the side trim strips was folded over on itself, which made latching the door difficult. It was an easy fix: used a Torx screwdriver to remove 2 screws on each side, and just replaced it on each side. This is a small plastic holder that secures the tine clips on the dishwasher rack, keeping the fold-down tines locked in their upright or lowered positions. It snaps onto the rack wire and holds the tine row clips firmly in place. Replace this holder if your rack tines are loose, won't stay folded down, or if the original clip holder is cracked or missing.
Two-part fix. 1) Ordered new lower and upper dishracks removable/adjustable tines from AppliancePartsPros.com along with new plastic clips. Fairly easy to remove the old and snap in the new tines/parts. 2) Unfortunately, the upper dishrack assembly has been out-of-stock (everywhere), so after removing the failed coating and cleaning, I used Re-Rack to "paint" on new coating.
