It was really easy. I found the part number using an online search, ordered the shelf and just inserted the ends into the holes in the freezer walls. Fortunately, I read on a question and answer forum that four end caps were also required. Walk into the kitchen on 21 Sep. Eight year old Frigidaire refrigerator appears to be short cycling, controls are nonfunctional.
