This is a drawer handle, and it is intended for use on washers. This is a genuine replacement part made by Frigidaire. This part is a drawer with a handle attachment commonly used to store detergent or fabric softener. It is an important part of the washer unit and is a simple repair or replacement. Simply remove the old drawer handle and slide the new one in place.A new drawer handle might be needed if the current one is broken or damaged in any way including being cracked, chipped, or bent. This is the clear glass panel mounted inside the washer door that allows you to see your laundry during the wash cycle while creating a seal that keeps water inside the drum. It sits within the door frame and is held in place by the inner and outer door panels. Replace it when the glass is cracked, chipped, or shattered, which can cause leaks or pose a safety hazard.
I ordered the new inner glass which arrived overnight, I was very surprised and elated with the delivery time. I took the door apart and replaced the glass which was an exact replacement for what I had. Did a load of wash to check for leaks and found the washer to be as good as new. Thank you for the quick delivery and quality part. Chris Read more
Washer won't spin or makes loud noises? A faulty drive motor is often the cause. Moderate DIY repair with video guide. Fixes E58 error codes.
Tested the resistance of the motor windings. They showed around 2.5 ohms. This proved that the motor was bad. The new motor showed around 3.5 ohms. I installed it back in place and the washing machine worked fine. Read more
Replaces a cracked, broken, or missing washer drum baffle. Mounts inside the drum to lift and tumble clothes during the wash cycle. Easy installation.
Had to bend down the retaining tabs (on the drum) a little to allow the paddle to slide on. Placed the paddle with the tabs in all of the grooved slots, pushing down with one hand, I used my palm to firmly push/tap it into its locked position. I purchased new vane screws (Part #: AP2106572 "131302800") and used a Phillips driver to screw them in (one each paddle). It's that simple! Read more
We had a power surge that tripped the washer breaker. It showed an E23 error code so I replaced the main control board (part number AP4362398.) All washer activity back to normal except it still wouldn't spin and still had E23 code. I removed the tub to pump hose (part number AP3837322) to find all sorts of goodies inside such as underwires from bras, a quarter, nickel, penny, and dime stacked perfectly on top of each other inside the filter, and tangled yarn from a rug. Ended up replacing the... Read more

I followed one of the videos to repair it. They suggested wearing gloves. Very good idea. I had to remove the drum to replace the belt so I also replaced the rear drum bearing assembly. The air duct seal was twisted so it was replaced too. The front drum support was in very good shape so I did not replace it. The idler pulley(belt tension) was very difficult to turn and was probably the reason the belt broke. I cleaned the pulley bearing with some WD 40 and re-greased it with the grease... Read more
