After inspecting the unit I noticed the inner oven box had four sections. The center section of the ceiling of the top oven had separated from the right side wall and had fallen to contact the top heating element. The gap created affected the Oven Temp. Sensor which caused the ven to shut off and the code to display. I repaired the ceiling and cleared the code. Problem solved. After determining that the manufacturer's suggestion "Keypad cable unplugged" (Error code F2-E1) was not the problem, I replaced the Control Panel Assembly which included a new keypad. This fixed the problem. delivery of the new Control Panel Assembly was really FAST. The installation was easy. My final step will be to paint the new Control Panel to match the existing oven color. My wife thought we should order an entire door or replace the ovens! I found AppliancePartsPros online. Ordered the wrong part only realizing this after taking the door apart. I then called customer service and Mr. Chris Norwood handled my call. He cancelled my order and found the correct glass for me. This was about 3pm on a Fri.
