This metal mounting bracket secures the circulation pump motor inside the dishwasher. It holds the pump assembly firmly in place to prevent vibration and ensure proper alignment with the wash system. Replace this bracket if it is cracked, bent, or corroded, which can cause excessive noise, vibration, or misalignment of the pump during wash cycles.

Dishwasher worked fine except the top rack would keep coming off the rails, could see the rollers needed replacement. Washer is 10 years old, and in that time the rollers had become brittle and broken. At first tried to use old screw and washer, but washer was impossible to remove from screw as I have hard water and the calcium deposits seemingly cemented it. Following the great video on the site, I pulled the motor off and was about to put the o-rings on when I noticed there was rust on the motor shaft.
