Leaking from the front corner of the door Megan D. • Shelbyville , TN • October 14, 2016
A quick google search lead me to the problem - the plastic door gasket had become loose and broken. Received the part very quickly and installed it that night after a little trial and error. What the videos don't tell you is that to properly 'seat' the gasket you need to angle it UP when you push it into the little gap. To say using Appliance Parts Pros made things as simple as it gets, is an understatement. I was able to order the parts simply by using their website and having my dishwasher make and model number. Images of the parts make confirming the order even better. They have an on line question/answer cue if needed and even offer a call in for advice number. Once the order arrived, I verified the parts and began installation. Take a few pictures of the appliance from different angles before you start....

This trap is a molded drain fitting used in select Frigidaire-built appliances. It helps keep water flowing in the correct direction while limiting backflow of air and debris, supporting proper drainage and reducing leaks or odors when the original fails. What it does
- Creates a water seal in the drain path to reduce backflow and odors
- Guides condensate or wash water toward the drain pan/outlet for proper removal
- Helps protect internal components by limiting debris entry into the drain path
- Common symptoms of a bad trap: slow or no draining, water pooling/leaks, unpleasant odors, or visible cracks/warping
What's included
Install notes
- Disconnect power and, if applicable, shut off the water supply before servicing
- Access the drain area per your model's service/owner documentation; place towels to catch residual water
- Note hose routing and trap orientation; transfer and securely reinstall any clamps or seals
- After reassembly, run a small amount of water through the system to check for leaks

Dishwasher would not fill Eric D. • Indianapolis , IN • March 02, 2020
Replacing the inlet valve solved the problem. The old valve was somehow clogged with white sediment. I probably could have taken it off and cleaned it out if I'd known, but replacing the valve was much easier. Took about half an hour to repair. Video walk through was extremely helpful. Great to have a working dishwasher again!
