I unscrewed the old slide and screwed the new slide back in place and then just slid the drawer in the slide, Just a few minutes of easy labor. When diagnosing the problem, I discovered that the ice door was not properly sealing and that the solenoid had appeared to rust/corrode forcing the door open. The auger gearbox shaft had a spot that was stripped of threads which prevented the auger drive from spinning the ice down the chute.
