The F9 error code is supposed to indicate that the door lock mechanism has failed. My oven would give the F9 code and turn off during normal baking at 400 F after about 30-40 minutes. 1. Cut the power/unplug 2. Loose 2 screws and take out the lamp holder. 3. There are 2 cables connected to the holder. Unclip them (Don't worry, they're in a different size. You can not attach them to wrong connectors) 4. Clip the cables to the holder (One is slightly smaller and fits a slightly smaller connector) 5. All of the information on the web repair sites said "replace the hinges as the springs are worn out." Didn't fix the problem. The top of the door still wouldn't seal, and the.
