Gregg M Estero , FL February 01, 2019 Needed an oven gasket to replace one in a 12 or 13 year old GE electric oven I first ordered a gasket from Home Depot. They sent one but was not the right one. Returning it was a hassle. I then ordered a gasket from Appliance Parts giving them the model number on my oven. Your company sent me three gaskets all the same size. After several calls from me and some excellent help with your staff, sent the correct gasket and I replaced it without a problem The 4th gasket is perfect. I appreciate all your efforts in supplying me with the correct part. Home Depot made no effort to help me, so again, Thanks.
