Printed out and followed the online written instructions and referred to the video several times. For us, it was a two person job to safely support the front of the microwave while removing the two mounting bolts which go through the cabinet from above. This fan motor assembly cools the magnetron inside the microwave by circulating air to prevent overheating during operation. It includes the motor and fan blade as a complete unit.
