Thought leak was coming from icemaker but refrigerator was making ice just fine. had puddle on floor just below freezer door. upon closer inspection realized leak was coming from drain line. there were 2 pieces of tubing and the connector. leak was coming from where tubing goes into connector. wanted to replace it. didn't know what it was called. did live chat with someone I think was named James. he sent me diagrams and I could identify the part. once identified I ordered it. boom.... Glass is straight forward replacement. The drawer track is simple removal of 3 screws that hold track to cabinet wall with 1/4" nut driver, change drawer slide from broken track to new (two 1/4" screws) and replace track. 10 minute job. Replaced the water tube that went from the plastic tubing to the ice cube tray. Found that even though it was the same exact length as the original, there was only an extremely small gap from the end of the tube to a splash board. This may have been the root cause of my problems. Read more
