Removed the bottom rack from the dishwasher. Removed the 2 front plates at bottom of the dishwasher. Removed the two screws from the top of the dishwasher holding the dishwasher to the counter-top. Pulled the dishwasher out. Removed the 8 mm screws from the outside of the dishwasher-- 4 per side (Underneath the sound proofing). I looked inside and saw the teeth were worn off the "dogs" so I purchased the Cam Agitator repair kit and a new bolt. Getting the old bolt out was the hardest part since it was worn and rusted. I ended up having to buy a set of socket extensions and a set of stripped bolt sockets so $45 in tools and it took me an hour to get the old bolt out but putting everything back together was a breeze. Kick plate was easy; screw holes in the wrong place, but used double-sided tape instead and worked great. Didn't need the extra screws ordered; it came with them. The roller spindles should be sent with a packet of grease. When replaced, the door was even louder than previous. Used candle wax on the spindles and it's quiet as can be now. Read more
