Replaced module: Although the new module was slightly different due to a third or ground terminal that was not on the original I managed to figured out that I did not need to worry about the ground since the existing wiring had already allowed for the connection. After much investigation by their tech support person Ali, it became apparent that my old part was discontinued and no longer available. I decided to replace the whole orifice instead of just the 'spark plug'. In doing so it became apparent that the screws would not come off easily and so I purchased a couple of those to make sure I had enough just in case. Good thing, 2 were messed up taking them out. The knobs were perfect. However, the grommets arrived in black rather than white. A phone call to customer service informed me that this part is no longer available in white and that the site would remove the photo. Rather than return the plastic grommets I spray painted them with white Rust-oleum paint for plastic that was in the garage and they look fresh and new. Read more

I ordered a new heating element and two other parts that attached to the heating element. I discovered a wire that broke off which caused the element not to work so I had to put a new female splicer on the broken wire then replaced the element and reattached the wires and everything worked.
