Replaces a broken or misaligned microwave door interlock assembly. Mounts inside the control panel to support door switches and align with latch hooks.
Replaced lower door interlock bracket, cam(which was redesigned), spring(I believe this was the problem) and switch. When the door opens the spring moves the cam which releases the switch"on" Button which turns on the interior light when you close the door, the latch which protrudes out from door pushes into the cam which rotates to turn off the light switch and enables operation of the microwave. I took plenty of pictures with my phone to remind me how the components came apart but it was pretty straight forward.
