I first thought it was the auger in the ice container so I changed it and it was not the problem. I then talked to ApplianceParts customer service that it might be the yoke on the motor that turned the auger or even the motor itself even though it worked. I found the model number inside the fridge and order the correct part after finding it on the diagram. The part came quickly in only a few days. I removed the glass, then the old frame.
