To eliminate ordering parts that are working, I went to hardware store to get a multimeter to test and confirmed the continuity of the themal fuse and the door switches are working. Saw another reviewer post a similar problem and I went with the solution by replacing the panel-ctl. This is a roller bracket assembly that mounts to the side of the upper dish rack in a dishwasher, allowing the rack to slide in and out smoothly on its track. It includes the roller wheel and mounting hardware. Replace this bracket if the upper rack is difficult to slide, tilts to one side, sags, or if the roller is cracked or no longer turns freely.
