Kick plate was easy; screw holes in the wrong place, but used double-sided tape instead and worked great. Didn't need the extra screws ordered; it came with them. I figured out that it was probably a plugged pump hose, since the pump would run, it somtimes it drained and sometimes it didn't. Your video helped with how to take the dishwasher out and replace the hose. I replaced the hose and everything is now working fine. It turned out to be a broken check valve in the old hose that caused the problem. It took 90 mins to do the repair. Read more

Ordered dishwasher rack tine tips and bottle of vinyl touch up paint. I applied the paint to each tine and then placed the tips on the tines. I waited a few hours before using my dishwasher to allow the paint to dry and allow the tips to stick to the tines. Read more

I noticed the floor around the dishwasher was starting to get wet and warp the wooden floor. The chopper had gotten out of line and had cut a pinhole into the sump housing and the dishwasher was leaking badly. It was quite easy to repair. With the basket out of the dishwasher, the plastic parts basically snap on and off... popped the broken parts off and the new parts on. This bracket mounts inside the dishwasher tub and supports the middle spray arm manifold tube, holding it securely in position. It ensures the spray arm tube stays aligned so water is properly distributed during the wash cycle. Replace this bracket if the middle spray arm wobbles, falls out of place, or if dishes on the upper rack are not getting clean due to poor water coverage.
