I looked inside and saw the teeth were worn off the "dogs" so I purchased the Cam Agitator repair kit and a new bolt. Getting the old bolt out was the hardest part since it was worn and rusted. I ended up having to buy a set of socket extensions and a set of stripped bolt sockets so $45 in tools and it took me an hour to get the old bolt out but putting everything back together was a breeze. I took the tumbler drum out and looked at the pulley and it was not rotating freely. The idler arm had some wear on the attached post so I replaced bothe parts. Since I was in there already I replaced the drum rollers and dryer belt for good measure. I reassembled the dryer and it works great. The best part of the experience was the parts order. The cylinder roller that supports the dryer drum was worn and needed to be replaced. I ordered the idler pulley shaft and associated parts as well since I wasn't sure if these were worn too. Watching the video on the web site gave me a good idea what was involved and where to look. It wasn't my exact model and make but provided sufficient information on what to look for. This was a very easy fix. Two screws to get the front off of the washer. Removed one side of the tensioner spring. Loosened two screws for the motor and two screws for the pump. I decided to replace the agitate belt even though it wasn't broken.. So, I removed that belt from the pulleys and the removed the broken belt. then just reversed the process to install the belts. it toke me less than 30 minutes and my washer was back in service.
