Initially I noticed the crusher drum was cracked and broken so I replaced the drum the retaining nut on the end of the auger and the circlip and washer. it worked fine for a time and then the drum began free wheeling. upon further inspection I discovered the retain nubs on the auger had worn down allowing the blade to slip down the auger body. so I replaced the auger, drum, drive blade, and drive cam. This is a nut that is used in many microwave ovens. It is typically used to hold interior fan in place. A nut is a fastener that is used to hold two items together or keep one component secure against a surface. Use and time can cause the nut to become stripped, damaged, or broken. If the nut is broken, it will no longer hold the fan in the right location. The nut will need to be replaced.Before replacing this part, the microwave should be unplugged. Removed the freezer shelves and back panel, evaporator coils were frozen with ice. Defrosted coil and removed defrost heater connectors, measured no continuity in the heater and ordered a replacement. Also discovered the aluminum retention strap was broken and the heater had slipped down in it's position, ordered and replacement strap.
