There is one hinge on top and one at the bottom, but it was none of these it ended up being this hinge that I ordered. Threaded bases for two roller screws were ~ 80% broken off. Used a short (just barely extends past the end of the roller) sheet metal screw to secure the roller in the upper sliding section of the handle (handle in place first).
