Color white. The wash arm measures about 11 inches, and the retainer about 3 inches.
Spun each of the three wash arms by hand. All could be made to touch/scrape but the top one was super wabbly. Ordered both the arm and clip. Repair took less than a minute. Used a screwdriver to pry loose one side of the old clip to remove. Aligned the new parts and easily snapped into place. Read more
I ordered the part from you which amazingly showed up less than 20 hours after I ordered it. I then watched a video you produced about replacing the part. Between those two things I had my dishwasher up and running withing 36 hours of talking to your rep. Read more
I wasn't sure if the problem was going to be the key pad or the electronic control board, so I ordered both parts. The key pad fixed the problem, so I will be returning the control board. I had a bit of concern because I wasn't sure how the ribbon cable connector worked, but it turned out to be pretty easy. You slide the top part of the connector back along the axis of the ribbon cable to take it apart. Insert the ribbon cable from the new key pad and just snap the connector back together. No... Replacement screw for securing dishwasher door panels, inner liners, and internal brackets. Needed when original screws are stripped, missing, or damaged.
Ordered the part from AppliancePartsPro's, watched the video, new latch works perfect. I've repaired several appliances in my house by diagnosing simple problems going to AppliancePartsPro's diagram's, ordering the part and installing myself. Never had any problems. The bearing in the back of the dryer was tricky but worked great. Keep track of all parts when you disassemble and assemble in reverse order. Taking photos as you disassemble helps for referencing if you get stumped. Read more
Kit includes more than shown on picture. New kit is for both plastic and stainless tubs. Plastic tubs use only the float and the switch stainless tubs use all the parts.
I replaced the float switch. It was an easy enough repair. I didn't have to remove the dishwasher to do the work. The part is accessible from behind the front skirt. The only problem was there is not a lot of space to work in. Getting the fastener off and on requires a stubby nut driver. I used a flexible extension instead. I had to feel for the nut as the bottom of the door blocked my view. A ten minute job and the dishwasher is back in service (for half the cost of my local parts place) While... Read more

The new drain pump solved the problem and was also quieter than the one it replaced. I saw that many people removed the dishwasher from under the counter to make the repair. Not sure if it was easier, but I was able to do the repair through the kick plate opening. This saved me from having to get the unit positioned back in the exact same place, leveled, and all the sound insulation trim re-installed. I did notice my leveling feet were extended more than half way. This may have made it... Read more
Ordered the part. Arrived the next day. Took the eleven screws off the door exposing the back of the Soap/Rinse Aid dispenser. Six screws hold it on the inside of the door. Popped off easily. There is a plug that runs from the timer to the dispenser…it's a pain to get off. Use a flat head screw driver. Screwed the new unit in place. Plugged it in. Put the door back together. I accidentally caught the door catch in the door and screwed it together seizing it...so I had to take the top screws off... Read more

I used stainless front panels on the Maytag and Bosch dishwashers and also the Jenn-air trash compactor. They look great and wish I had updated sooner. Shipping for fast and wrapped well. Read more
Tested starter capacitor at 2.16µF. pic: http://s29.postimg.org/e05fufxdz/IMG_20150716_140312.jpg It should be 15µF. pic: http://s29.postimg.org/x3yrasa87/IMG_20150718_112327.jpg Contrary to service manual, capacitor is not accessible behind the toe/kick-plate; it is underneath but all the way towards the rear. To get to it, the dishwasher has to be removed and positioned face-down (drain first, use towels/drop-cloth). Read more
