I looked in the bottom of the dishwasher and saw that the center piece of the water wheel had somehow come loose. Found the retaining clip on the parts list. Watched the videos to figure out how the upper arm attaches. Tried cleaning out the terribly clogged upper arm. Then looked at the lower wash arm--WOW! Talk about ugly clogs! Watched second video to see how that lower arm comes off. Got the lower arm off and realized all the gunk I was able to poke out of the holes would just come back, so replaced both spray arms. YES, the upper arm includes the retaining clip!! I watched the video first, then I exchanged the new guard filter and lower washer arm parts and it was done. I am glad I watched the video to know that I had to retain the end shields.
