We scoured the web and there are few references to this so I want to add it in case it helps. Replacing hinges solved the popping opening issue. We could not solve our dishwasher door issue after a number of other tries: Latch, Catch, Ropes that attach to the springs that pull the door closed. I tend to believe the solve could be different b/c all these things work together. But for us, we were skeptical that the hinge swap would work and we were very pleasantly surprised. Read more

Broke a piece on my dishawasher upper rack. it's the kind of thing you figure you'd never find anywhere. so we weren't using the top rack at all, because every time hyou did, you pulled the whole top rack out onto the floor. thank god for these appliance pro guys. i probably would have had to buy another dishrack for a $150. all you need is the appliance number and they have pictures of all the assemblies in your machine and then the photos of the parts. so you can easily find anything,... This is a relatively easy repair. Here are detailed instruction to replace the Control Panel. Tools Required: #15 and #20 Torx drivers. I reviewed the schematic and saw the Volute Seal, and Impeller Seal were the two that were closest my source of water. After watching the video about changing the Impeller/seal I removed the motor, impeller, and volute; I found that the impeller seal was the faulty one in my case.
