The Dishwasher Rack Roller was a perfect fit. It took longer to find the part (because I kept typing in wheel) than it took to fix the issue. I called and talked to a customer service rep and she helped me troubleshoot the problem and order the correct part. She also sent me the pdf of the repair manual and I followed its instructions to replace the drain solenoid. It was a fairly easy repair. Color white. The wash arm measures about 11 inches, and the retainer about 3 inches.
Spun each of the three wash arms by hand. All could be made to touch/scrape but the top one was super wabbly. Ordered both the arm and clip. Repair took less than a minute. Used a screwdriver to pry loose one side of the old clip to remove. Aligned the new parts and easily snapped into place. Read more
