Snap-in outlet connector that secures the upper spray arm assembly to the dishwasher. Replace if cracked, stripped, or won't hold the arm securely.
I was unable to remove the screwed snap outlet, therefore only replaced the upper spray arm and the wash arm retaining clip. This fixed the problem. It would have been helpful if a tip were given as how to remove the screwed in outlet snap nut. Read more
This is a row of fold-down tines located in the front section of the dishwasher rack. The tines fold flat to create more space for larger items or flip up to hold plates, bowls, and other dishes in place during the wash cycle. Replace this part if the tines are bent, broken, or no longer fold and lock properly.

I called and talked to a customer service rep and she helped me troubleshoot the problem and order the correct part. She also sent me the pdf of the repair manual and I followed its instructions to replace the drain solenoid. It was a fairly easy repair.
