Changing baskets is no-brainer job, as they come complete with all plastics and rollers. Upper slides require removal of the stoppers, but this is easy task, just squeeze them and pull back. My float was snapped off and while trying to find out what was the problem with the dishwasher. I discovered that the back docking station seals were shot. I replaced both the float and the docking station. The docking station took about 3 minutes. To fix the float I had to pull out the dishwasher and fit it from the bottom. It took about an hour.
