I had my grandson, as he is more agile, replace the Drip Pan. The only real issue was the removing and reinstalling the Fan module. Strongly suggest to view the provided Video a couple of time to save frustration. First of all I followed the troubleshooting chart for no water. Caution, be sure and shut power off when directed, do not skip any steps no matter how basic or obvious you may think they are. The chart led me directly to the chute extension. The micro switch when disconnected and hooked up to the multimeter always remained open, a failed switch.
