This orifice hood directs LP (liquid propane) gas to the burner for correct flow and stable flame performance. It's used when servicing or replacing the small gas orifice assembly on compatible gas cooktops and ranges. What it does:
Metal grounding screw for electric ranges and ovens. Secures electrical grounding connections. Replace if stripped, corroded, or missing.
Hand-tighten wing nut secures panels, brackets, and components in ranges and ovens for tool-free adjustment. Replace when lost, stripped, or broken.
I replaced the igniter. It was made more difficult by one of the machine screws on the oven had been over torqued at the factory. It had stripped the screw and made removal of the old igniter very difficult. If not for that, this would have been a 15 minute repair. Read more

Color: Gray. This is a set of two gas range double drip pans. This kit replaces black which is no longer available.

First purchased the Valve/Regulator kit. Installed it & oven was doing the same thing. Saw the notes on this website that it could possibly be the ignitor so I decided to try that. In my case, this unit has two ignitors exactly the same. One for the broiler (top) and one for the oven (bottom).
