The replacement part was delivered in 2 days. The instructional video was for a side-by-side so our top freezer model required removing the freezer door to lift off the fridge door. I put the freezer door back on and tapped flattened cardboard boxes across fridge opening. Popping the old draw glides off was the toughest part of the job, ad even that was fairly easy, once I noticed the little retaining tabs near the front of the drawer. Pushed in on the tabs, while pushing back on the drawer glide rail and it popped right off. One minor problem I did note: When the rollers were installed on the shoulder screws, they would not turn.
