After changing water filter, flow came to a stop. Would chatter without any water. Confirmed I had flow from the wall supply to the fridge as I broke the water line at the union and let run into a bucket. Then I removed the water filter housing and tube assembly after reconnecting supply. Now the water was only circulating from the wall to the filter housing to the bucket. Initially cleaned -wife using smaller hands. Better idea to review why there is no SOP on the matter, and replace the part. While pricing the door discovered nice pricing on drip tray, and while at it the touch pad was cracking, as well as the freezer slide out handles broke (and we thought they were just covers), so bought all we thought we could use. Watched your videos and easily replaced the solenoid, spring, flapper etc. The only reason it took me as long as it did is I have a GE monogram side-by-side in cabinet refrigerator. It is stainless steel and required me to take off all of the stainless steel skin on the freezer side door. While this was not that difficult it was time-consuming. Read more

My fridge's meat drawer (the drawer with "Deli Fresh" on it) became cracked on the front and needed to be replaced. It took quite a while of looking at this website's diagrams to figure out that what I needed to order is called "Pan ASM Top." Drawer arrived in 2 days, and all I had to do was remove the old drawer and slide in the new one. It's a little tricky -- check the fridge's instruction manual if you need to. Read more

This was a two and half year issue as different things failed at different times. I would get one part, then another would fail. Ultimately, I got to a point where what failed, I hadn't been ordered the part yet. The seal on the freezer door took three bathing's before it plumped up and un-creased. I changed the motherboard - computer and also changed the motor in the freezer, because it was doing a howling sound every time it turned on. Pop out the old switches with a putty knife pressing down on the tab, grabbed with pliers to pull out, disconnect the wires and connect new switches, pressing back in place. Read more

Suspected a clogged condensation drain line. Took out all the shelves and drawers, condensation unit is toward the bottom of the frdige on inside, I could see that there was ice build up. I unplugged fridge, placed fan in firdge to speed up the thawing of the built up ice. After ice melted enough, I could get face panels and foam off to see that icing caused a backup in drain line, which led to water sitting in trough pan, rusting the trough pan. Your guy was great and the parts were shipped promptly. So there was no "repair!" Simply pulled out the old drawers, and put them in the recycle can! Nw ones slid right into place. Replaced upper and lower thimble's, lever arm, cam closure. Door stop was not the problem, but ordered it and replaced it too. The door of course has to come off, remove the top hinge, and lift it away. Lubricated moving parts with silicone spray. Be sure and put the door back in the open position, so the lever arm and cam closure can properly interact, then close the door. Remove the plastic grate at the bottom to get at the lever arm. Presto. Problem gone. Don't put excessive weight... Read more

The front wheel assembly replacement (WRXO2X12454) was straightforward and easy to do. Took maybe 30 minutes start to finish. The rear wheel assembly (wheel WRO2X10695 and axle WRO1X10604) that was more involved as the original wheel axle is actually a rivet that you have to cut out. 1. I used a vibrating multitool with a carbide blade to cut the axle out. Had to use a pair of vise grips to hold the rivet to keep it from spinning while cutting it. 2.
