I had to take the top panels off and two back panels off. Took off about thirty screws. It was very dirty and dusty inside so I took the lower panels off as well to clean and vacuum it. The hardest part was getting the double oven out of the cabinet. Overall it was very doable. Read more

The first attempt was to replace the sensor board on the lower cooling fan motor. That didn’t fix the problem. Next, I replaced the lower cooling fan. The oven is working correctly for now. Incredibly simple. There were a few videos on-line but not for our oven. So I just went at it from the back side incrementally removing screws and panels to get to the glass. The only misstep was removing the 4 screws for the hinges which didn’t have to come off. Hardest part was cleaning up the shattered glass. The metal frame that holds both pieces of inner glass has a couple of tabs that need bent out with pliers to get the new glass in, then reversed to retain it. Read more

All of the information on the web repair sites said "replace the hinges as the springs are worn out." Didn't fix the problem. The top of the door still wouldn't seal, and the. Move stove to unplug, remove rear center panel, indentify the two spade connectors that feed the heating element and remove (unplug) them. Remove two screws that hold the element to the inside rear wall of the stove and remove element.
