I found Appliance Parts Pros in an internet search and cruised the site. I found the replacement broil element but still had some questions, so I contacted the support personnel by telephone. Replaced it with the 4 position switch..The original switch was a 3 position switch..By replacing it with a 4 position switch, I now have a bit more control of the heater, to the extent that it is now more quiet in the low mode than before. The only issue I had, was the stem which was slotted, while my stem was a "D" type stem. So I did a little filing and cutting until I got a perfect tight fit on the knob..The unit, now functions perfect, IMHO. Read more
