Repair required removing all of the interior drawers & shelves and the interior back panel. There you will find the defrost heater. Behind the defrost heater is a metal plate as well as one on the back of the front interior cover. Both were corroded and in need of replacement. The start button had been tricky to use. You had to push it in just a certain way to get the dryer to start. Eventually it was non-responsive. All other controls worked and there was no error code displayed. The repair was to replace the whole control board which cost around $100. Heavy sigh.. Be sure to keep track of all your screws. Rubber grommet that secures and cushions the evaporator or condenser fan motor in your refrigerator. Replace if cracked, worn, or missing to stop vibration.
Removed refrigerator panel, disconnected light and fan power. Removed fan assembly and replaced motor, grommets and fan attachment spring. Unit had adhesive on spring to help hold the spring. Chatted with customer service and clarified that spring and fan would easily pull off motor shaft. Adhesive probably was extra measure used during original build of the fridge. Noise was due to fan rubbing on housing. New fan position set to avoid any rubbing. Read more

Replacement rail assembly for refrigerator vegetable crisper drawers. Installs on the side wall to support the shelf above the crisper bins. Needed when cracked or broken.
Removed the vegetable drawers, removed the shelf above them. Removed two screws (philips #2) holding the left drawer rail in place. Levers the front of the rail away from the side of the refrigerator and pulled, sliding the tab at the rear of the rail out from the fridge wall. Placing the new rail had some challenges due to extra plastic at the far end of the rail.
