After checking the fan with 12 volts from a battery and found it was working, I tested the temp sensor. It seemed to have the resistance that was required but since it was cheap I ordered a replacement anyway. The Tech I spoke with online told me which board controlled the voltage to the fan so I ordered it. Replaced main board and temp sensor in a few minutes and the unit was up and running again. First off I unplugged the refrigerator. I removed the meat tray, and the three screws on either side. The screws hold the meat tray drawer guides. I then removed the vegetable drawer, the fruit drawer, and the shelf above the two drawers, these did not have screws. Removed the one screw that held the damper motor housing. Initially called repair man and he checked it out , took about half of the freezer insides out to decide the fan was bad. Then he informed me that he did not have part and was going to be on vacation for a week.
