Ordered the pieces from here. Downloaded the user manual. I never work on appliances but I couldn't justify the $200 a service tech would have charged to fix a $35 part. Followed the manual and removed the door. Replaced the broken plastic pieces. BE VERY CAREFUL not to strip the screws. I did and that's another story. Very easy to fix. Ordered parts to reattach the handle online. I ordered an array of parts totaling $60, including 2 nylon pins that may have been right and left. Only one worked so hopefully that was the reason - not clear on the parts list. End caps are plastic and broken tabs trying to put them on so they are glued in place. Bolt also had to be replaced and was already taped with Teflon, presumably from the original Samsung install, and might have been the reason for the handle failure. Anyway, all is well... Read more

Ordered replacement clips. The replacements don't come with screws or the caps to cover the screws, so save all the hardware aside from the plastic hinges. You need to order the upper and lower halves of the hinges.
