Apparently, Samsung thinks it is a good idea to sell this part (It has the samsung logo on it and on the shipping box) minus an essential small rectangle of plastic in which there is a magnet. Took a bit to diagnose. First tried cleaning coils but the problem still persisted. Next took of the back panel and put the system into diag mode. (Press energy save button and fridge button for eight seconds system ding once a second and inverter board red LED will blink a code or be on solid if no issue. Checked You Tube for solutions and found many different possible solutions. Then I spoke with a local appliance repair man that was familiar with Samsung problems and he recommended replacing the main assembly board. The caster-rear is a wheel assembly located at the back bottom of the appliance that allows for easy movement and positioning. Replace if the appliance is difficult to move, the caster is broken or doesn't roll smoothly, or you notice the appliance is uneven.

Not easy to figure out. Removed screws that appeared to hold the motor/fan/bracket in but it didn't budge (??). Watched a You Tube video but the guy's camera work wasn't too clear. I at least gathered that there was a plastic, one-way button/slide lock on the underside of bracket that holds the motor/fan assemby in..
