I knew for sure that the hinge with the large spring was damaged, but elected to replace both hinges and receivers. Replacing the parts was fairly easy and would have taken me less then an hour. This model has thin metal covers over the hinge assemblies. I found that squeezing in the sides of the covers help to hold them in place on the hinge while reassembling the door. This is a small metal mounting clip used to secure the spark electrode (igniter) in place near a surface burner on a gas range. It holds the igniter at the correct position so the spark can reliably ignite the gas when the burner knob is turned. Replace this clip if the igniter is loose, misaligned, or has fallen out of position, causing unreliable burner ignition.
Ordered the clip and a screw. Had no idea how the clip was to be installed. Looked up how to install the igniter, Okay. But don't put clip in till igniter is pulled through the hole, Then gently put igniter and clip in hole. Done. Screw was wrong one. Not as shown in picture. The plastic piece on the handle where the screw goes in to hold glass door up had broke. I ordered new handle, the retainer pieces that go over the plastic pieces to lock it all in and screws that were suggested. The screws were the wrong ones. They were way too small. This assembly includes the motorized latch mechanism and integrated switches that lock and unlock the oven door during the self-cleaning cycle. It secures the door shut when the oven reaches high temperatures and signals the control board when the door is properly latched. Replace this part if the oven door won't lock or unlock, the self-clean cycle won't start, or you receive a door lock error code.
I knew the door latch was suppose to lock for self clean and it wasn't, so I took the back off and after tracing out wires and the linkage to the door latch, determined that it was a faulty motor on the latch lock.
