It took 2 hours. There are always minor differences so always take photos of yours. Suggest that you bag up all screws and pieces from each part as you take them off and label the bag. This cutlery drawer installs in the top rack of your dishwasher to hold silverware and small utensils. Replace if cracked, broken, or missing compartments.
We moved into a house and the dishwasher was missing its top drawer and an end cap for the handle was broken. After doing a little bit of research, your company had the parts in stock and at a reasonable price. Even better, they arrived quickly. The cutlery drawer was easy to replace. The handle end cap took about 20 minutes to replace - I helped my wife do it. We probably saved ourselves several hundred dollars in labor and markup fees. Best of all, we had the satisfaction of being able to do... Read more

Ordered and replaced sump pump, backflow preventer valve and turbidity sensor on Bosch dishwasher. The latter two parts were recommended when ordering the sump pump and did need replacing. The videos showing how to remove and replace each part are great. The project went well and the dishwasher is fixed for less than 1/4 of what it would cost to get a repairman out here. In all fairness we do live in a remote location and do not have any local appliance repairmen. This is the third project I... Read more

Somehow one of the mounting brackets disappeared after I had the cabinets and counter replaced, but these were a perfect replacement.
