The riser cam wore out and failed causing door misalignment Ed B. • San Bruno , CA • November 30, 2016
I emptied door shelves and used plastic sheet to close off refrigerator. The repair was done with refrigerator running. I removed door and changed riser cam and shim. Then replaced door. It took maybe 45 minutes from start to finish. If I did the job again it would be completed in 30 minutes or less. The videos are informative.
Thank You

Did some research on Appliance Parts Pros site. Took a chance and ordered the parts I thought were needed. They came in three days. Suspicions confirmed. Relatively easy fix. All went well. Repair videos were especially helpful. Appreciate ease of repair and help from App Parts. Thanks

Fridge and freezer was warm could hear a clicking sound every few minutes but the compressor wasn't running Chris K. • St. Joseph , MN • November 29, 2014
I took off the cover on the back of the fridge. Then took the small cover off the side of the compressor. Pulled off the relay and shook it and you could hear parts rattling inside. Ordered a repalcement and it's been working since.
