I ordered a new motor. The new motor's electrical harness was not long enough, so I had to use some wire from the old motor, splicing it to make it reach. Problem solved. Replaced the cheap plastic lever supporter with another LG OEM cheap plastic lever supporter. I should have bought two as I can see this problem happening again.
