1. Removed and replaced circulation pump. That didn't end up being the whole problem, although there was debris jammed up in multiple sections of the impeller. Still was satisfied with results. 2. Continued trouble-shooting and discovered a lot of additional debris in the spray arm itself. Score! That resolved all performance issues. 3. I took the pump apart to exam, checked drain hose and sink drain first, everything looked OK. After studying the problem for a while I decided it had to be in the filter, ordered a new filter and it took about 10 minutes to replace.
