I removed the burners, which were rusted and needed some tapping.They were pretty stubborn to remove from the insert. I removed the spark igniters, which were rusted where they screwed into the burner and then removed the venturi tubes.. Once this was done, I installed the new igniters to the underside of the new burner. I then installed the burners, which only took simple placement and a quarter turn to lock them in. • Door won't open after self cleaning cycle

I knew the door latch was suppose to lock for self clean and it wasn't, so I took the back off and after tracing out wires and the linkage to the door latch, determined that it was a faulty motor on the latch lock. I got on line and Appliance Parts Pros was the first place that I found the part. By-the-way,this was ALL PRECIPITATED by wanting to clean the interior side of oven door glass after my wife self-cleaned the oven! How in-the-world did grease get there in the first place!?
