Replace the ball sensor. Also known as the out of balance sensor . Another confirmatory clue was when I ran the QC diagnostics . The moment I ran the first diagnostic test, the spin test, I got a bE (ball sensor) error code in the display and the drum would rotate slowly. When I replaced the sensor the drum ran at very hig speed the moment I entered the diagnostic. Stepwise disassembly, taking photos along the way. 7-8 screws to remove old top. Had to uplug all motherboard plugs to get wire harness through the top peice. I ordered the door from Appliance Parts Pros, which was on back order. When it arrived I had already removed the broken door. Please be sure to save your parts as the new door only came with one bushing for the door. Read more
