Once it has been powered off, proceed to open the door. Locate the screws that attach the hinges to the door. Unthread the screws and lift the door off from its hinges. Set the old door to the side and proceed to place the new door on its hinges. Fasten the screws that secure it. I contacted All Appliance Live Chat . The told me I needed to buy the entire door which was reasonably priced. They gave me the correct part number. No luck, I did the easy fixes first by replacing the shock absorbers then the springs to no avail. Looks like the problem is in the much more expensive and difficult spider arm. Read more
