Thought leak was coming from icemaker but refrigerator was making ice just fine. had puddle on floor just below freezer door. upon closer inspection realized leak was coming from drain line. there were 2 pieces of tubing and the connector. leak was coming from where tubing goes into connector. wanted to replace it. didn't know what it was called. did live chat with someone I think was named James. he sent me diagrams and I could identify the part. once identified I ordered it. boom.... Had to replace the auger. The auger on my ice maker was made of plastic and had broken pieces off it. The new one is made of metal and seems to work much better. Was a fairly simple repair. However pay close attention when disassembling, I recommend using your cell phone and snap a pic of the different stages as I became a little confused when putting it back together. I purchased replacement parts to completely replace basket, face plate, and rollers. I received exactly what I ordered. The only problem I had was removing the part(s) from the shipping box. I thought the part came assembled (as rollers had been installed onto the basket), but the face plate had not been snapped into place. My Whirlpool refrigerator model GSS26C4XXF03 door wouldn’t swing shut all the way like it used to. So I changed the two lower cams. This cam #WPW10257203 was a perfect match but I needed to change the matching cam on the hinge, also, which require some modification to fit (I ordered cam #W11311687). Removed the handle with two screws on the inside front and pulled out the custom wood panel. Pulled the compactor out from under cabinet. Tipped it over on back of unit, supporting it with a little foot stool. Unscrewed two lower screws at bottom of unit holding black trim panel (that held wood panel in place) and lower black rubber flap. I don’t think I needed the capacitor and relay, but while I was at it I figured I would. Originally we found we had an issue when water cane out of the ice maker. Ordered a new cam bushing for the lower hinge , I thought it might come in a package of 2, upper and lower for lower hinge but it didn’t so i ordered an upper bushing for the door itself and it repaired my problem, was easy to install, remember to remove everything in the door that’s being removed, remove the top 2 Allen screws that is not painted Read more

Ordered two parts. The Control Board and Start Device. Both needed to be replaced. I watched a video on how to take it out and install the new one. I did this on my own without the help of my husband. Very easy to install. Read more

Replaced the tube. The original part number could not be found. This tube that we ordered had an curved connector at the bottom and a hard connector on top. The original tube had a right angle connector on the bottom and a smaller connector on the the top. The curve on the bottom worked. We had to cut the top connector off the tube for it to fit. We then secured it with the original metal bracket at the top. No leaks! All working fine now. Read more
