Water line coming out of inlet valve to ice maker was cracked. Removed the paperboard cover from the bottom of the back of the fridge, then unplugged the water line going from the inlet valve to the ice maker. Wasn't sure this new tube was going to work, because the original had an elbow on it. Fit just fine. Removed grille from front and disconnected other end of ice maker water line. Ordered the part. It came in pretty quick and was an exact match. Googled the instructions, followed them step by step. The only thing I did different was I marked the wires so I could put them back right. Took around an hour to replace. Wasn't difficult at all. Read more

The first handle that was sent I was unable to install as the set screw receptacle was stripped or misalinged. I called customer service and a new one was sent immediately. Second unit installed perfectly. Replaced with new one with Allen key Read more

Issue ended up being the damper door/flap was broken and stuck open. Didn’t need to replace the Thermistor. To replace the damper had to remove 3 covers (damper, air fresh filter, water filter) each had a single 1/4 inch screw. Ended up being a very easy and inexpensive repair. Read more

Tried several new filters. Finally replacing housing fixed problem. Could not find any obvious defect in the housing, however, when pushing real hard on the filter door,water would flow.Seems to be some transfer valve inside housing body not properly actuated. Read more

Removed all the food from the freezer and most from the fridge before starting. Tipped fridge back until I could place a 2 x 4 a couple of inches behind the front rollers. With the front of the fridge now approximately 3 to 4" off the ground you can remove the adjusting bolt and the roller assembly can be pulled out of the brackets. Slide out of the notches where that hold it into the bracket. Same to install. Read more
