I removed the basket, studied the old adjusters before removing them, and installed the new ones using some of the old parts(adjustment levers and the covers). adjusters work like a charm.. the only tool required was a screwdriver with removable torque bit. Read more

Removed old rollers and axels and installed new ones. Used needle nosed pliers to remove old axles and rollers and put new ones on by hand, just snapped them onto the rack frame and pushed new wheels onto the new axles. Discovered that the end caps of the metal guide that the rollers move in just rotate out on a hinge principle in order to remove the rack in order to put the new rollers on. Read more

Un plugged dryer. It was an easy fix, popped the top up. Removed the two screw that held the front on and also unclipped the door switch. Released tension that was on belt and removed drum. Removed old front slides cleaned up area and replaced them. Popped the ring that held the rear drum wheels and placed the new ones with a dab of grease. After replacing the belt less than a year ago, when it broke again we started to think something may be going on with the idler pulley. Ordered a new belt and pulley wheel, only to have the belt break again the very next day. After a call to customer service explaining the situation, they replaced the belt and pulley wheel which were both under warranty, and suggested replacing the arm itself. I took the tumbler drum out and looked at the pulley and it was not rotating freely. The idler arm had some wear on the attached post so I replaced bothe parts. Since I was in there already I replaced the drum rollers and dryer belt for good measure. I reassembled the dryer and it works great. The best part of the experience was the parts order. I ordered the parts around 3:00 pm one day, standard shipping, and they were on my doorstep around 1:00 pm the next day. I'm still wondering... Read more

Replaced front drum roller wheels and rear drum bearing.Pull plug. Remove 2 screws holding top panel,slide rearward and lift panel off. Remove all screws from back panel,wiring cover and cord clamp. Remove back panel and feed cord through hole.No need to remove cord. Remove 2 screws from heater box and let it drop rearward.Remove belt from motor pulley and let tensioner rest against motor pulley.This step will trigger the switch that disables motor if belt breaks.The switch does not reset... I got the new hose with connection at faucet in only 2 days after ordering. After taking the top and sides off if the dishwasher it only took 10 minutes to replace the hose. It actually took longer to disassemble and reassemble the top and sides but even that was easy. 45 minutes total. Just use your cell phone to take a picture of how the old hose is routed before installing the new one and have 2 small zip ties to keep loose wires away from hose. Read more
