Ordered a new detergent dispenser that arrived within two days. Removed screws on the inside of door that removes the front door panel. The detergent dispenser is held on by a bracket with six screws. There is one plugin that needs to be disconnected.
Everything is reinstalled as before. It work as before.

Pushed dispenser in and removed from dishwasher 5 min
Positioned new unit in space and snapped into place 1 min
Plugged electrics back in 1 min
Screwed back on 3 min
Roughly 20 min. I am nontechnical and rarely do repairs.

I replaced the stirrer fan cover and fan, which had some carbon and slight burn marks on it. It was difficult to remove the fan cover as it did not rotate. I had to pry it off with a flat blade screwdriver, breaking the plastic tabs on the cover (which was being discarded anyway). Our Bosch suddenly quit washing the dishes properly after 15 years of faithful service. I observed that there was no pressure coming from the sprayers, and determined it to be the circulating pump.
